Dear friends: May 2, 2013 is a very very important day in the history of the world.
This date marked 20 years that this planet has been graced by the presence of one Derek J. S. What a blessing it is to refer to such an amazing man as my best friend! Without his influence and encouragement, I wouldn’t have decided to serve a mission.
Derek will probably not ever read this. That’s okay. It’s mostly an FYI for the universe to know about his fantastic nature.
